This old restaurant with more than 110 years of history is most famous for cooking various shrimps. Tempura shrimp, garlic olive oil shrimp and grilled shrimp are the signature dishes. I personally think that garlic olive oil shrimp is the best, but the taste is not comparable to the spicy crayfish in China [sad face]. I think if you happen to pass by, you can go in and try it, but there is really no need to come here specially. Anyway, we don’t have the urge to come here again...

The tiger milk shrimp sashimi is a dish with a full experience. The chef will give you a dish in the open. Kitchen explained the cooking method of the whole dish, the ingredients, and the Spanish fruit wine. Naturally, it is my second favorite dish. The third dish I like is seafood mousse with conch. I have eaten cooked conch in London before, and this half-cooked one has a strong fresh seawater flavor that is unforgettable. The fourth dish is smoked wagyu, which is about half-cooked. It is smoked in the box with charcoal and then sliced ​​and served with basil and other sauces. The fifth favorite organic dish is roasted avocado with peanut butter.
